Payment online by card is securised via 3D Secure Protocol. This latest new protocol enables ; more than having a crypted connexion from bank to bank ; to check if your card is actually used by you. If you don’t complete this information, your payment will not be able to be taken into account and your order will not be able to be sent. Each payment by card adresses an authorization request to the bank card network. 6. Return, reimbursement and exchange

If despite all our efforts, you were not satisfied of your purchase, in conformity with the article L.121-20 of the code of consumption, you have a 15-days-period from the date of reception of the product, to return the ordered products. We only propose an exchange or a credit note of the sum of your product(s) to use on our website or in our store. The return costs are chargeable to the customer ( except in exceptional cases where an item presents a quality defect or an error in the order). In case of product defect identified by our care, the reimbursement will be possible.

Your reimbursement will take place in a minimum period of 15 days from the reception of your return. The reimbursement will be made depending of your initial mode of payment.( transfer on your account – Paypal – cheque). Any order non received must be declared by the customer within a maximum period of 15 open days from the passing of the maximum period of delivery. As soon as the declaration mail of non reception of order is received, will proceed to an investigation towards the concerned transporter.

If there is a cost difference between the original ordered product and the one you want to exchange with, it will be sent to you to receive a credit note.
